Job Description: Partner Designate – Litigation and Dispute Resolution

Firm: A distinguished Tier-I Law Firm

Position: Partner Designate– Litigation

Place: Delhi

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience

Key Responsibilities

1.Lead and manage litigation and dispute resolution matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, arbitral tribunals and other judicial forums.

2.Provide strategic legal advice to clients on complex disputes across diverse sectors.

3.Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, petitions, applications, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.

4.Comprehensive knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and arbitration laws.

5.Strong leadership and team-building skills.

6.Excellent client relationship management and business development acumen.

7.Represent the firm in high-level client meetings, conferences, and industry forums, strengthening the firm’s brand and visibility in the litigation space.
