Flashfire is a fast-growing creative startup producing engaging and high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects. We combine creativity with technology to deliver visually compelling videos that help brands and businesses stand out.

About the Role

You will be expected to deliver 4–5 videos per month.

Responsibilities:

Create and edit high-quality videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal projects.

Add motion graphics, visual effects, and creative elements to enhance storytelling.

Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute video concepts.

Ensure videos adhere to brand guidelines and maintain high-quality standards.

Manage multiple video projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Technical Skills and Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.

Knowledge of VFX, motion graphics, and video editing techniques.

Strong creative eye and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Reliable internet connection and commitment to 15–20 hours per week.

Preferred Skills

Experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

Familiarity with animation, 3D graphics, or special effects.

Interest in creative storytelling and digital media trends.

Educational Requirements

Currently enrolled in or completed a degree in Design, Media, Animation, Film, or a related field.

Equivalent hands-on experience in video editing or VFX is a plus.
