Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Solar PV Plant Design Trainer. The trainer will be responsible for instructing and mentoring participants on the design and installation of solar PV systems. Daily tasks will include preparing and delivering training material, conducting online sessions, assessing participant progress, and providing technical support. The role will require creating a curriculum that covers essential aspects of solar PV plant design and ensuring the training is aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Solar Power and Solar Industry knowledge
• Experience with Solar Systems design and installation
• Understanding of Wind Energy and Power Generation principles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Relevant teaching or training experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
