Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a VLSI System Design Trainer. The VLSI System Design Trainer will create and deliver training programs, develop training content, and facilitate virtual training sessions. The trainer will be responsible for assessing the trainees' progress and providing feedback to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proficient in Communication and Training skills
• Experience in Training & Development
• Background in Military training methodologies is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or relevant field
