• Lead Management:
1. Call and follow up with leads generated through fieldwork, digital ads, events, and other sources.
2. Counsel parents about school programs and policies to encourage enrollment.
3. Address applicant inquiries and resolve issues via telephone, face-to-face (F2F) interactions, and written communication.
• Admissions Support:
1. Provide personalized solutions to parent concerns and guide them through the admission process.
2. Input, review, and manage student records and data in the admission database.
3. Work closely with Zonal Heads to ensure informed and timely admission decisions.
• Relationship Management:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with parents to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
2. Act as a liaison between parents and the school to ensure a smooth and positive experience.
• Administrative Tasks:
1. Generate letters, reports, and lists as required to facilitate the admission process.
2. Maintain accurate records of interactions with parents and admission-related activities.
MBA graduate
o Strong communication skills in English
o Presentable, with excellent interpersonal and convincing abilities.
o Comfortable interacting with children and their parents.
o Proficient in using admission databases and related software.
• Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).
• Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off) Performance based incentives.
