Reports To: HR Department

Key Responsibilities:

• Good personal hygiene and grooming
• Basic knowledge of tea/coffee preparation
• Punctual, reliable, and polite
• Ability to multitask and follow instructions
• Experience in office hospitality preferred1. Beverage & Refreshment Service
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, juice, and other beverages to employees, guests, and management as required.
• Refill water bottles and ensure clean drinking water is always available.
• Set up refreshments during meetings, conferences, and client visits.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry, serving areas, and utensils.
• Clean and sanitize the pantry counters, sinks, microwaves, refrigerators, and coffee machines regularly.
• Ensure all cutlery, crockery, and glasses are clean and neatly arranged.
• Monitor pantry items like tea, coffee, milk, sugar, snacks, and disposables (cups, napkins, etc.).
• Inform the admin or housekeeping supervisor about low stock levels and assist in reordering supplies.
• Check the expiry dates of food and beverages and discard expired items.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10 th or 12 th Below
• Proven experience in a clerical or administrative role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
