Job Description:

We are looking for experienced and passionate Pan Asian cuisine chefs specializing in Wok, Sushi, and Dim Sum for our outlets in Delhi and Gurugram.
The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in authentic Pan Asian preparations, strong knowledge of ingredients and techniques, and the ability to maintain hygiene and quality standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes as per Pan Asian standards (Wok, Sushi, Dim Sum).
• Maintain consistency, portion control, and presentation.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety at all times.
• Support CDPs and Sous Chefs in daily operations.
• Work efficiently as part of a professional culinary team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in a Pan Asian kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of Asian sauces, stir-fry, and modern plating.
• Team player with good communication and hygiene standards.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
