Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Paint Expert at Birla Opus. The position is located in Lucknow. The Paint Expert will be responsible for providing expert advice on paint products, demonstrating product applications, assisting customers with color selection, and offering tailored solutions for various painting needs. Day-to-day tasks include interacting with clients, developing and delivering presentations, staying updated on product developments, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Expertise in paint products, color theory, and paint application techniques
• Customer service and client interaction skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Experience in providing tailored solutions to customer needs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in the paint or home improvement industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
