Paid Performance Strategist

As a Performance Marketing Executive, your role involves planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital advertising platforms. Your key responsibilities include: - Plan, execute, and manage performance campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms. - Optimize campaigns to drive measurable results such as leads, sales, and conversions. - Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing. - Monitor daily performance metrics to ensure goals are achieved. - Prepare campaign performance reports and share insights for improvement. - Coordinate with the design and content teams for creatives and ad copies. - Stay updated with platform trends, best practices, and new ad features. To excel in this role, the following qualifications are required: - 3 years of experience in performance marketing. - Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. - Strong understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution. - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is a bonus.
