Paid Media Specialist

Role Overview: As a Paid Media Specialist at Brand Scale-Up Inc., you will be responsible for managing high-converting campaigns for direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Your focus will be on driving sales to websites, achieving measurable ROI, and increasing company profitability through data-driven campaign strategies. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and manage paid D2C media campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Focus on driving sales and conversions to enhance business profitability. - Conduct audience research, set up targeting strategies, and optimize bidding to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS). - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns regularly to meet key performance indicators (KPIs). - Collaborate with designers to ensure ad creatives are optimized for conversions. - Implement and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel to measure user journeys and funnel performance. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, specifically for D2C brands. - Previous work experience as a digital marketer handling D2C brands in an advertising or marketing agency. - Proven success in driving profitable sales to websites and achieving high ROAS. - Strong understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and sales funnels. - Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Studio, and Meta Business Manager. - Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are a plus. - Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple client accounts.,
