Paid Marketing Expert

As a Paid Marketing Expert, your primary responsibility will be to develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and Telegram Ads. You will work closely with the creative team to create compelling ad creatives and copy, conduct A/B testing to improve ad performance, and ensure optimal ROI by monitoring and analyzing campaign performance. Staying updated with the latest trends and best practices in paid advertising will be crucial to your success in this role. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing budgets and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs). To qualify for this position, you must have proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns on the aforementioned platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in advertising platforms are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills. A creative mindset with attention to detail is also desirable. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
