• Run and optimize paid campaigns across

  Meta, Google, and Amazon

• Test creatives, angles, audiences, and landing pages
• Push winning products with the right budget and message
• Work with our creative team on ad ideas that drive demand
• Analyze data and make decisions daily — not just report ROAS
• Present performance, learnings, and next steps to clients clearly

• 1+ year of experience running ads for

  e-commerce brands

• Strong on Meta; experience with Google & Amazon is a big plus
• Understands customer acquisition, not just retargeting
• Can communicate insights, not just metrics
• Proactive, organized, and hungry to grow

• Hands-on with fast-growing D2C brands
