Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid advertising strategies across various digital platforms.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Conduct keyword research and manage bid strategies for PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design effective ad copy and visuals that resonate with target audiences.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in paid advertising.
• Perform A/B testing to optimize ad performance and user engagement.
• Manage advertising budgets, allocating resources effectively to meet KPIs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Paid Ads Expert or in a similar role focused on digital marketing strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in optimizing ad performance based on metrics and analytics.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
