About the Role

You'll work closely with the marketing team to develop, execute, and scale advertising strategies that deliver measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on
Meta Ads Manager
and
Google Ads
platforms.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign improvement.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for key KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.
Manage ad budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI.
Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
Prepare and present regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create engaging ad creatives and compelling ad copy.

Requirements

Minimum
6 months to

1 year of experience
in running
Meta Ads or Google PPC campaigns
.
Hands-on experience with
Meta Ads Manager
and/or
Google Ads
interface and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Basic understanding of conversion tracking, remarketing, and audience segmentation.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
