Packing Supervisor

As a Packing Supervisor at Sigachi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the manufacturing process to meet production requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising the paper cutting process to ensure the timely supply of paper according to production planning. - Overseeing the reaction and filtration process, and controlling critical parameters to maintain product quality. - Coordinating the preparation of slurry to support manufacturing activities. - Recording all process parameters in batch manufacturing records regularly. - Monitoring and adjusting process parameters during spray drying to achieve the desired physical quality of the final product. - Maintaining plant cleanliness according to standard norms to ensure a safe working environment. - Updating equipment status boards regularly to track maintenance schedules. - Ensuring all equipment is cleaned periodically as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintaining records of the cleaning activities.
