Job Description

We are hiring for an established Indian company in the Food & Beverage industry.
The role involves supervising day-to-day packing operations, managing shop-floor staff, and ensuring output, quality, and discipline in the packing department.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage packing line staff on a daily basis
Ensure packing activities are carried out as per production plans
Maintain discipline, attendance, and work allocation among workers
Monitor productivity, reduce packing errors, and control wastage
Ensure adherence to hygiene, GMP, and safety standards
Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth operations
Handle basic documentation related to packing output and manpower

Candidate Profile:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Supervisor in packing operations
Background from flavors, food manufacturing, or pharmaceutical industry
Strong people-handling and shop-floor control skills
Hands-on approach with ability to manage blue-collar workforce
Basic understanding of hygiene and quality norms
Willing to work in a manufacturing setup
