Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and perform daily packing operations as per production schedules.
Ensure packaging materials (boxes, labels, shrink wraps, etc.) are available and of required quality.
Verify product specifications and packaging instructions before packing.
Maintain accurate records of packed goods, materials used, and rejected items.
Monitor the packing line for efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards.
Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure packed goods meet all quality parameters.
Train and guide packing staff on packing methods and safety protocols.
Maintain documentation for dispatch and inventory management.
Report any discrepancies, equipment faults, or shortages to the supervisor.
Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize packing efficiency and reduce waste.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
