Role Overview: You will be joining Hustlehub as a diligent and detail-oriented Packer. This full-time position is perfect for freshers with little to no work experience, ranging from 0 to 1 year. The job will be located across multiple cities including Bengaluru, Mysuru, Hubballi, Shimoga, Tumakuru, and Davanagere. Key Responsibilities: - Pack, weigh, and label completed items for shipment or storage according to company standards. - Inspect items for any defects or damages and report discrepancies to supervisors. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing area. - Follow all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment. - Assist with inventory management by accurately tracking packed items. - Work collaboratively with fellow team members to meet packing targets and deadlines. - Handle packaging materials efficiently and ensure minimal waste. - Contribute to continuous improvement processes and help identify areas for workflow enhancement.
