Your primary responsibilities will include packing, weighing, and labeling completed items for shipment or storage according to company standards. You must maintain thoroughness and accuracy while packing items, inspect them for defects or damages, and report any discrepancies to supervisors. Additionally, you should have the capability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and work effectively within a team setup to meet collective goals. It is essential for you to possess skills in maintaining orderly work areas, managing packing materials efficiently, and performing tasks with efficiency without compromising on quality. Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with workplace safety standards and protocols are crucial aspects of this role.
