Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of packaging professionals to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaging strategies that align with the company's brand and objectives.
• Utilize design thinking principles to create packaging solutions that are not only visually appealing but also functional and cost-effective.
• Manage the packaging production process, including sourcing materials, overseeing printing and production, and conducting quality control checks.

• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to minimize the environmental impact of our packaging.
