Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Design and develop packaging for new pharmaceutical products (solid, liquid, injectable, etc.) Evaluate and select appropriate packaging materials for functionality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance. Conduct stability studies and compatibility checks for packaging components. Collaborate with R&D, QA, RA, and procurement teams to ensure smooth development and timely execution. Create and validate packaging specifications, artworks, and BOMs. Liaise with vendors for material development, trials, and documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer-specific packaging guidelines Preferred candidate profile: 2.5 to 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry Hands-on experience in NPD (New Product Development). Knowledge of primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (e.g., USFDA, EU, WHO GMP). Strong coordination and documentation skills.
