Packaging Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Packaging Development commercial activities for US, Europe, ROW, Canada and Domestic market
• Overall responsibility for end to end activities of commercial packaging materials and to ensure full support for all Plant packaging operations
• To review / approve the new artworks, changes in existing artworks as per regulatory requirement
• Preparation of SOPs related to commercial packaging materials
• Initiation / Checking of Barcode & Pharma code numbering
• Preparation of Shipper labels
• Designing of pack configurations up to logistic lavels
• Documentation as per regulatory/market requirements
• Preparation of packaging specifications and STP’s
• Preparation of Master Packaging Card and Packaging Bill of Material
• Checking and approval of print proof and shade cards for printed packaging materials
• Development of new change parts for different packaging machines
• To initiate documents like change control, CAPA, deviation etc.
• Coordination with vendor’s/purchase department, regulatory & respective plant persons for timely delivery of indented materials.
• Development activities of customer site transfer projects
