Packaging Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate daily

  packaging schedules

  with Production and Planning teams.
• Ensure timely availability of

  packaging materials

  (boxes, labels, shrink wrap, pouches, etc.).
• Maintain accurate

  inventory records

  of packaging materials.
• Work with

  vendors

  for timely delivery of packaging items.
• Ensure

  packaging quality standards

  , including labeling accuracy and product safety.
• Monitor

  packaging line efficiency

  and reduce downtime.
• Prepare and update

  packaging documentation

  , including batch records and checklists.
• Ensure compliance with

  quality, safety, and regulatory requirements

  .
• Report daily packaging output, material consumption, and wastage.
  
• Coordinate with QA/QC for

  inspection

  and release of materials.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree / Diploma in

  Packaging Technology, Supply Chain, or related field

  .
• 1–4 years of experience in

  packaging, production, or supply chain

  .
