Strong knowledge of SAP QM processes inspection types, quality plans, MICs, sampling procedures, usage decisions, and quality notifications.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirementsFacilitate workshops to collect business requirementsMap client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.Design, customize, configure and testing of the module.Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.Document functional designs, test cases and results.Design and implement end-to-end SAP QM processes integrated with EWM for both inbound and production operations.Integrate QM with PP, MM, and EWM for inbound, in-process, and outbound quality checks.Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration testing (SIT, FUT, UAT) and cutover activities.Prepare and maintain Functional Specifications (FS), Configuration Documents, and Test Scripts.Configure QM inspection types (e.g., 1701, 1708, 04, 01, etc.) and link them with corresponding EWM inspection rules.Work on quality inspection during goods receipt (Inbound Delivery), production GR, and putaway/posting changes within EWM.Collaborate with EWM consultants to configure QM–EWM integration points, including inspection lot creation, sample determination, and stock posting after usage decision.Deep understanding of EWM process flow, including inbound, outbound, and production integration.Understanding of Batch Management, Serial Number Management, and Handling Units.Knowledge of Fiori apps for QMWork self-directed and independently
