About The Role

Project Role :Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer

Project Role Description :Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.

Summary:As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or Software as a Service applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems.
Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.

Should have influencing and advisory skills.

Engage with multiple teams and be responsible for team decisions.

Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.

Facilitate workshops and discussions to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders.

Mentor junior professionals in best practices and methodologies related to project management.
Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have
Skills:

Proficiency in Agile Project Management.

Strong understanding of project lifecycle management and methodologies.

Experience with tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar project management software.

Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively across teams.

Familiarity with software development processes and practices.
Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Agile Project Management.

This position is based in Mumbai.

A 15 years full time education is required.
