Package Consultant SAP CX Sales & Service (SAP Cloud for Customer - SAP C4C)

We are looking for a candidate with 3 years of experience in SAP Cloud for Customer, specifically with production support & Enhancement projects. The job title is Package Consultant SAP CX Sales & Service and the total years of experience required is 2 Plus years. The location for this position is Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP Cloud for Customer with a focus on production support & Enhancement projects. Additionally, functional experience in areas such as Accounts, activities, lead, and opportunity management, including integration with ECC, is required. Key responsibilities for this role include experience in C4C - project scoping, fine-tuning, KUT adaptation rules, workflow rules, code list mapping and code list restriction, data workbench, and outlook integration. The candidate should also possess client interaction skills, be able to handle user reported tickets and address them based on priority. Proficiency with ticket tools such as Jira/Service-Now or any other similar tool is a must. The selected candidate should be available for a face-to-face interview at the client's Bangalore location and should be ready for Day 1 reporting post OB as per the account request.
