Owner Relationship Manager

As an Owner Relationship Manager, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for property owners. You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, understand their individual requirements, and provide customized service and support. Your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining strong relationships with property owners. - Acting as the key liaison between owners and the operations/management team. - Coordinating property onboarding, rent collection, maintenance, and documentation processes. - Handling owner inquiries, concerns, or complaints with timely and effective solutions. - Providing regular updates and performance reports to owners. - Assisting in renewal, lease extension, and vacancy management. - Maintaining accurate records and owner communications in the CRM system. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure high standards of property care and customer satisfaction. Your qualifications for this role should include: - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Problem-solving mindset and client-first attitude. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. - Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
