Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for an Overseas Student Advisor. The Overseas Student Advisor will be responsible for providing student and career counseling, assisting with the application processes, guiding students in choosing appropriate courses and universities, and offering comprehensive education and migration support. The counsellor will also conduct sessions to help students understand the benefits of studying abroad and handle all customer service activities related to student onboarding and support.

Qualifications

• Skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the Education domain
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
• Experience in overseas education consultancy is a plus
