Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Student Advisor located in Kochi. The Overseas Student Advisor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students wishing to study abroad. Day-to-day tasks include counseling students, assisting with application processes, answering inquiries, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of educational programs and migration services. Effective communication and high-quality customer service are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Experience in Student Counseling and Education advisory
• Proficiency in Customer Service practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
• Previous experience in overseas education consultancy is a plus
