Role Overview

We are seeking a professional and results-driven Recruiter who is fluent in Hindi and possesses a strong command of English vocabulary. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role involves end-to-end recruitment activities, including client interactions, agent management, and candidate interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand job requirements and deliver results.
• Coordinate with agents to ensure timely sourcing of quality candidates.
• Conduct and manage interviews, screening, and shortlisting.
• Maintain accurate records of candidates, agents, and hiring progress.
• Handle all recruitment activities with a high level of professionalism and efficiency.
• Meet hiring targets and support overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Fluent in Hindi with strong speaking skills.
• Good vocabulary and communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of mandatory experience in overseas recruitment.
• Professional attitude with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel
