About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Overseas Education Counselor with strong expertise in visa documentation and student advisory services, specifically for Australia. The ideal candidate will have onshore experience and a deep understanding of Australian education systems, admission processes, and visa regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding study options in Australia, including universities, courses, scholarships, and career pathways.
• Guide students and families through the end-to-end admission process – application, documentation, interview preparation, and offer acceptance.
• Prepare, review, and manage visa applications with high accuracy to ensure compliance with Australian immigration laws.
• Provide insights into Australian lifestyle, cost of living, and post-study opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Australian universities, colleges, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct seminars, webinars, and one-on-one sessions to promote study opportunities in Australia.
• Stay updated with the latest changes in Australian education policies, visa regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure high conversion rates from counseling to enrollment through effective follow-up and personalized support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Overseas Education Counselor with specialization in Australia.
• Strong expertise in Australian student visa documentation and processing.
• Prior onshore work experience in Australia (education/immigration sector) is highly preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of Australian education system, admission requirements, and compliance norms.
• Strong communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple applications, deadlines, and student cases with precision.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and online application portals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
