Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Counselor located in Chennai. The Overseas Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance to students, assisting with university applications, and offering support for the visa process. The role involves conducting career counseling sessions, advising on documentation and deadlines, preparing students for departure, and maintaining communication with students and their families to ensure a smooth transition to studying abroad.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in career counseling and student guidance
• Knowledge of the international education system and university application process
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage documentation and deadlines efficiently
• Experience with visa application processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in the education consultancy sector is advantageous
