Outstation Transaction Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Outstation Transaction Executive to manage and maintain real estate inventory for outstation markets. This role focuses on inventory accuracy, coordination with local brokers/developers, and transaction support for commercial and premium residential properties.

The role is operational in nature and requires strong follow-up, documentation discipline, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update outstation property inventory (commercial & premium residential).
• Coordinate with local brokers, channel partners, and developers in assigned outstation cities.
• Verify and record property details such as:
• Location, size, pricing, availability, and usage.
• Ensure inventory data is accurate, current, and properly documented.
• Support the transaction team with:
• Property information
• Site visit coordination
• Basic documentation follow-ups
• Track inventory movement and status (available / on hold / closed).
• Share regular inventory and transaction updates with internal teams.
• Follow defined SOPs for reporting and data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Real Estate background is a plus).
• 1–3 years experience in:
• Real estate inventory management, OR
• Transaction coordination, OR
• Backend operations in property consulting.
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• High attention to detail and follow-up discipline.
• Ability to coordinate remotely with multiple outstation stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in commercial real estate is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with structured reporting formats.
• Process-driven and reliable with data accuracy.
• Willing to learn market dynamics of different cities.
