Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Executive to join our advertising sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by meeting with prospective clients face-to-face, understanding their marketing needs, and offering tailored advertising solutions. You’ll work independently in the field, building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through strategic ad sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold visits, networking, referrals, and local prospecting.
  • Meet clients in person to present advertising solutions across various platforms (e.g., print, digital, outdoor, social media, radio, etc.).
  • Understand client goals and recommend appropriate ad packages that align with their marketing objectives and budget.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale service.
  • Maintain and grow a book of business through relationship building and regular client follow-up.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide detailed sales reports and updates through CRM tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new advertising solutions.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, or marketing services.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Comfortable working in the field, conducting face-to-face meetings with clients.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if travel is required).
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience selling advertising (Bus media, etc.)
  • Understanding of digital marketing tools like SEO, PPC, display ads, and social media ads
  • Local market knowledge and existing business network is a plus
