Outreach Coordinator & Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for an Outreach Coordinator & Trainer who will coordinate with schools and colleges and deliver engaging study-skill sessions to students across Gujarat.

You will be the face of our initiative — it’s about meeting principals, coordinating, and delivering inspiring sessions for the students. At times, you will also conduct student development sessions within our own college.

Responsibilities

• Visit schools and diploma colleges, meet principals/owners, and secure permissions for student sessions.
• Coordinate with teachers and staff for smooth scheduling and logistics.
• Conduct interactive sessions for students on various topics.
• Deliver occasional sessions for students at our own college.
• Maintain follow-ups with schools/colleges via calls and WhatsApp.
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance future sessions.
• Represent our college brand in a professional, inspiring, and student-friendly manner.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in Gujarati + Hindi/English.
• Confidence in public speaking and engaging with students.
• Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with principals, teachers, and students.
• Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple sessions and travel within Gujarat.
• Interest in education and youth development.
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates or final-year students passionate about public speaking are encouraged to apply.
