Outreach & Communications Executive

You are being sought after for the position of Outreach & Communications Executive at Roar Pictures Private Limited. Your main responsibility will be to connect with businesses and collaborators, maintain the company's network, track leads, and support various creative initiatives. - Make and edit proposals for outreach. - Maintain and track a database of contacts, leads, and responses. - Assist during workshops, shoots, and events. - Record and edit short videos on the phone for social media. - Assist in hiring and candidate coordination. - Make and attend professional calls on behalf of the company. As the ideal candidate for this role, you should be between 25-30 years old, responsible, professional, loyal, dependable, and committed to long-term success in the position. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, be confident interacting with people across industries, organized, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently track multiple leads. You should also be willing to learn and adapt to company-specific outreach processes. Qualifications Required: - Any graduate; office/admin experience or communications background is a plus. - Familiarity with basic office tools like Excel, Google Sheets, Trello. This is a full-time position based in Indirapuram, working 6 days a week at the office in D-Mall. Occasionally, there may be flexible hours for workshops, shoots, or events. The compensation package includes a loyalty bonus, basic incentives, and performance bonuses.
