* Lead outreach and advocacy activities across the state.
* Design and execute public awareness campaigns.
* Coordinate with government teams, field staff, and community groups.
* Develop content, reports, and communication material.
* Monitor campaign performance and ensure timely delivery.
**Skills:**
* Strong communication skills (English; local languages preferred).
* Experience in campaigns, community engagement, and stakeholder coordination.
* Creative, organized, and able to travel across Meghalaya.
