Outpatient Administrator

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily outpatient operations to ensure seamless patient care.
• Coordinate with doctors regarding OP schedules, availability, and consultation timings.
• Manage patient appointments, registration, and waiting time to ensure smooth flow.
• Supervise OPD support staff (nurses, front office, assistants) to ensure efficiency.
• Handle patient queries, grievances, and feedback to improve service quality.
• Monitor OPD performance metrics – patient inflow, consultation time, turnaround time.
• Ensure proper documentation, billing, and record maintenance of OPD services.
• Coordinate with diagnostic/lab, pharmacy, and other departments for integrated care.
• Implement SOPs for OPD operations and ensure adherence to policies and compliance.
• Manage emergency cases in OPD and escalate to higher management when required.
• Prepare monthly reports on OPD operations and suggest process improvements.
