Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outbound Tours Agent at Tech Geeks Web Solutions LLP (Part of Dreams Travel & Tours) located in Noida, India. The Outbound Tours Agent will be responsible for planning and organizing travel itineraries, booking transportation and accommodations, providing tour information to clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the travel experience.

Should be well-versed with the destinations like International and domestic destinations.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to holiday/tour inquiries by telephone/email
• Explain domestic and international tour itineraries in detail to customers
• Complete tour booking process, collect payment, and maintain CRM records
• Assist in flight/Visa/Insurance bookings.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Excellent Communication in English.
• Knowledge of Domestic and international holiday destinations
• Knowledge of CRM, Flight ticketing, and Visa process
• Good in MS Word/Excel
