Job Description

Description

We are looking for an experienced Outbound Team Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading outbound teams in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a deep understanding of sales processes and metrics. The Outbound Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of outbound sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of outbound sales representatives
Set sales targets and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to achieve those targets
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to drive growth
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Skills and Qualifications

2-6 years of experience leading outbound sales teams
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Deep understanding of sales processes and metrics
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
