Outbound Sales Specialist - US Logistics

As an Outbound Sales Specialist for the US Logistics / Freight Brokerage team in Mohali, your role will involve conducting outbound cold calls to shippers and carriers, booking loads, negotiating freight rates, building strong client relationships, managing load boards, providing timely updates, and achieving monthly sales targets. Your key responsibilities include: - Conducting outbound cold calls to shippers and carriers to generate new freight opportunities - Booking loads and coordinating with carriers for smooth shipment execution - Negotiating freight rates and finalizing deals for maximum profitability - Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and carrier partners - Managing daily load boards, following up on available freight - Providing timely updates, tracking shipments, and resolving service-related issues - Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to bookings - Achieving monthly sales and revenue targets To excel in this role, you should have experience in International Sales, US Process, International BPO Voice, Travel Sales, or Ticketing. Prior experience in US Logistics or Freight Brokerage will be a major advantage.
