Job Description

Customer Support Representative – Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources. Resolve customer issues efficiently and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary. Document customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Stay updated on company products, services, policies, and procedures. Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction. Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm and patient when handling difficult situations. Good organizational and time-management skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems. High school diploma; additional certifications in customer service are a plus. Previous customer support or call center experience is preferred. Work Conditions: May involve rotating shifts, weekends, or holidays. Remote or in-office depending on company policy.
