Job Description

As a CRM Executive in the Retail industry with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for outbound calling to potential customers, generating leads, presenting products, closing sales, and managing customer relationships effectively. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining customer relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business while achieving sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include making calls to introduce products or services, generating leads through various methods, presenting product features and benefits clearly, negotiating prices, handling objections, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. You will be expected to maintain accurate sales records and progress reports using a CRM system. To excel in this role, you must have strong communication skills in Malayalam, Kannada, and English. Immediate joining is required for this position. Additionally, you should have at least 5 years of experience in telesales and customer support roles.
