Job Description

Role:

What you will do:

  • Make 80-120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM
  • Set 3-5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team
  • Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM
  • Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
  • Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager

Requirements

What you need to have before you apply:

  • Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B)
  • Proven past track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month
  • High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a noise-free remote workspace
  • Ability to work US Central Time without overlap issues
  • Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Proficient in using MS Office tools - mainly Excel
