Outbound Sales Adviser

As a Sales Advisor for an International BPO in Vasai (W), your role involves: - Making outbound calls to potential leads to promote e-Learning (BrightChamps EdTech platform) and schedule demo classes. - Handling outbound calls, providing information, and resolving queries about demo sessions. - Building rapport with leads, and guiding them through onboarding and enrollment for a smooth experience. - Scheduling demo classes based on lead preferences and ensuring timely follow-ups & rescheduling. - Accurately documenting all interactions, feedback, and requirements in the CRM system. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve lead conversion and customer satisfaction, sharing insights to enhance internal processes. Qualifications & Skills required for this role: - Strong command of English (both spoken and written). - Fresher to Experience can apply - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. - Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. - Basic proficiency in computer applications and CRM systems. - Preferred candidate from Edtech / Sales / Promotion Background but is not mandatory. The job location is Vasai (W), just a 5-minute walking distance from the Railway Station. The shift timings are in U.S Shift from 9.30 pm to 6.30 am (WFO) with Sundays off. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with fixed night shifts in the US shift.
