Job Description

As a Cold Calling Representative, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients using the leads and databases provided. You will play a crucial role in identifying and qualifying potential customers based on specific company criteria. It will be essential for you to clearly articulate the products and services offered by the company and address basic queries from clients. In addition, you will be expected to maintain a detailed record of all calls and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Following up with prospects to nurture leads and convert them into valuable sales opportunities will also be a key part of your role. Collaboration with the sales team is crucial to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads. This is a full-time position with benefits including food provision and paid sick time. The work schedule is a day shift, fixed from Monday to Friday. The work location is in person, and the expected start date for this position is 01/04/2025.,
