Job Description

Immediate Joiners preferred. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound calls to small and medium enterprises to pitch our Technology products/services. Generate leads, follow up diligently, and convert them into appointments or closures. Understand client needs and tailor pitches accordingly to maximize conversion potential. Maintain detailed records of interactions, lead status, and follow-up actions using CRM tools. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs consistently. Work closely with the field sales or business development team for lead handovers and closures. Provide timely market feedback, objections, and customer insights to the leadership team. Key Requirements 2 to 7 years of experience in telecalling or inside sales, preferably in Technology B2B sales. Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Proven ability to generate leads and close deals over the phone. Highly self-motivated with a go-getter attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
