Out Patient Manager

Job Description:

Mediciti Hospitals is looking for a highly organized and experienced Out-Patient Department Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Out-Patient Department, including scheduling, staffing, and patient care. The Out-Patient Department Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that the department is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The successful candidate must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Out-Patient Department, including scheduling, staffing, and patient care
• Ensure that the department is compliant with all applicable laws and regulations
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the department
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of staff and provide feedback and guidance
• Ensure that all patient care is of the highest quality
• Monitor and maintain patient records
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for patients and staff
• Monitor and manage departmental budgets
• Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field
• Proven experience in a healthcare management role
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of medical coding and billing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
