About the Role:

You’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest levels of tyre safety, performance, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspection and maintenance of OTR and Tipper tyres at client site.
• Monitor tyre performance, wear patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage tyre fitment, removal, rotation, and repair in accordance with SOP's.
• Maintain detailed service records and prepare performance reports.
• Support customer operations by ensuring minimum downtime and maximum safety.
• Supervise and train Tyre Technicians and Shift supervisors to plan and implement tyre service schedules.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma /Graduate in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (preferred).
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in OTR tyre maintenance and service.
• Strong understanding of tyre types, patterns, load ratings, and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work independently at remote project sites.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
