OTA Campaign Manager - Tours Experience

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Create compelling promotional campaigns for tours and experiences, work with tour guides to develop seasonal offerings, and drive booking conversion through targeted marketing initiatives. 

• Plan and execute promotional campaigns on OTA platforms 
• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing Campaign to align marketing efforts 
• Design and run OTA campaigns based on seasonal trends and market demands 
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategy as needed 
• Work with partners to co-create exclusive deals 
• Report on ROI and campaign KPIs 
• Ensure confidentiality of seller information; take full responsibility for any damage caused to sellers/partners/users or Soctrip 
• Do not use personal contact information (including phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, messaging apps, etc.) to communicate with sellers/partners/users. Only use company-approved contact details for sellers/partners/users communication and support during your employment with Soctrip and Hahalolo 

Requirements:

• Education

  : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Tourism, or related field 

• Experience

  : 3-5 years in tourism marketing/experience promotion 

• Technical Skills

  :  

1. Experience marketing tours and activities 
2. Understanding of tourist seasonality and behavior 
3. Knowledge of experience booking patterns 
4. Social media and content marketing expertise
